  1. Academic Information System Application System and Web-Based Information Service Portfolio

Development of an Integrated Academic Information System Application Systems Department
Information systems are developed with a centralized system model. The system can be run or updated in a distributed manner from various locations, thereby increasing the usability (usability) of the system and accelerating the update of the information provided. The establishment of a centralized information system is intended to facilitate the maintenance and control of information systems, so that security guarantees and information integrity are achieved. The Academic Information System application that has been developed for more than a decade has been used by all study programs.The data center or data warehouse is primarily managed by the Academic Management System Development section which provides lecturer and student master data needed by academic information systems or other administrative sub-systems. The database is used by study programs and related work units such as undergraduate trial sections and transcripts. The general picture of the connection between work units in integrated information systems can be seen in the following figure:

Gunadarma University already has an integrated academic information system that has been developed since 2002. The information system is used by all study programs at Gunadarma University. Some academic information on this system is integrated into information access by students through studentsite and lecturers through staffsite. Examples of display of integrated academic information system can be seen in the picture below.

is an application that is only intended for Gunadarma University students, with one account for all access interests in the Gunadarma University application environment. Supported by reliable applications and infrastructure, UG-SS applications can be accessed anywhere online. Can access all information related to lectures through this facility.

is the Academic and Student Administration Bureau, the bureau that handles everything related to the implementation ofteaching and academic administration activities for all Gunadarma University students. 

is the Development of an Academic Management System, a structural unit at the level of Gunadarma University involved in processing academic information. Students can fill in their own KRS directly to the Computer Terminal, which is guided by Academic Advisors and Academic Advisers that are shown for each class. In addition, PSMA online prints KRS and student cards that are equipped with smartcard technology, RFID and electronic payment instruments that are implemented in collaboration with the Bank.

is the center of Gunadarma University career information, this site is still in the process of improvement. 

is an Internet Based Test TOEFL, in collaboration with Prometric-USA, Gunadarma University has been appointed by ETS as a Certified Testing Center for iBT-TOEFL.  TOEFL iBT mengukur seberapa baik Anda membaca, mendengar, berbicara dan menulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan menggunakan keterampilan ini bersama di kelas universitas.Misalnya, Anda mungkin membaca suatu bagian atau mendengarkan cerita, lalu menulis atau berbicara tentang apa yang Anda pelajari.

is a collection of research journals from all faculties written by Gunadarma University Lecturers and Students. UG Journals are published once a month and each month contains journals from various faculties.

is a site for Gunadarma University New Student Registration online, including information, procedures, conditions and other stages regarding acceptance of new students. 

is a place of contribution for the academics in particular and for the general public, here you can find and give direction information related to Gunadarma University, starting from registration, lectures, alumni, procedures, facilities and matters relating to terms that are often found in the scope of university education.

  1. ICT Based Learning Facilities

This unit is to coordinate between parts in the process and service of electronic learning systems and web-based learning for lecturers and students. The existence of an online learning system that has been running so far does not intend to replace the face-to-face system in class, but to enrich material that is easily available to make it easier for students to understand teaching material.

o The UG E-Learning Center houses among them:

  1. E-BOOK (electronic book) contains electronic books that are used in the academic community at Gunadarma University.
  2. SAP ONLINE (lecture unit) or can be downloaded at each staffsite.
  3. V-CLASS (online virtual class) is a teaching and learning activity involving lecturers and students in a lecture using multimedia computer facilities through internet media without using classrooms. This activity is intended to complement the "blended learning" that combines and harmonizes "face to face" learning methods in the classroom with learning using electronic media online.

is the official site of the Gunadarma University library. Complete with a variety of library materials consisting of literature books in both Indonesian and English, magazines, scientific journals and other scientific books. This facility has been used by students, lecturers, employees and alumni of Gunadarma University.

is a computer laboratory with a new concept developed by Gunadarma University. This concept refers to the independence of Praktikan, so it is expected that each Praktikan has responsibility for themselves and more mature in attitude and behavior in practicum.

  • UG HotZone

Every corner of the campus has been facilitated by a hotspot known as hotzone. UG Hotzone is located in 70 points spread across various campus locations that are intended for all academicians. This makes it easy for every Gunadarma University academic community to access the internet in all campus locations easily and quickly, especially for those who have notebooks, cellphones, PDAs that have WiFi facilities. Especially for each student just starting from the beginning of entry for activation studentsite.

  • UG Internet Lounge

is an internet access facility that is provided free to students. The location is on three campuses namely Depok Campus, Kelapa Dua Campus, and Kalimalang Campus. This facility is specifically for students who do not have or do not carry a notebook on campus. Whereas those who have WiFi-equipped notebooks can access the internet through UG Hotspot Zone facilities.

  • Student Digital Portfolio

is available at UG STUDENT SITE, where only Gunadarma University students have access to enter it. contains writing or assignments from students that are uploaded for academic purposes.

Various kinds of technological facilities and information in the form of physical and audiovisual can be found on campus or class locations. Can be utilized optimally for the needs of the academic community. Other facilities in supporting learning and research for lecturers and students are some laboratories with various equipment (such as modules, teaching aids, practical instructions, and computers) and classrooms with all their equipment (such as: blackboard, OHP, viewer, and audio system).
